Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Customer Obsessed : Focused attitude for solving customer's issues quickly and comprehensively
  • Have experience with zendesk
  • Strong Ms Excel Skill
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail & can-do attitude
  • Willing to work at weekend or national holiday
  • At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
